About Nick Koon

NICK KOON

Photographer

       Nick is a studio trained photographer with over 30 years of photojournalism experience at The Orange County Register.  He now works solely as a freelance Photographer in the Southern California area.  Mr. Koon has a wide range of news, artistic, and technical skills that have enabled him to produce several media award-winning pieces.

  He currently works on a myriad of freelancing projects for clients in the Performing Arts, Commercial, Editorial, Advertising, Event and Studio Photography fields.

   Mr. Koon has a bachelor’s degree in Photo-Communications from California State University, Fullerton and is the owner of Nicholas Koon Photography.
